Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move products within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate counting and stocking of incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and documentation.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
