Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Resolve complex IT issues via remote support tools including ticket management systems
- Execute scheduled maintenance, updates, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create comprehensive knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement weekend-specific IT solutions
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Maintain compliance with company security policies and industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support with weekend or shift work experience
- Expert knowledge of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyConnect, Splashtop)
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues
- Exceptional communication abilities with diverse client base
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Relevant bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
