Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-out processes during weekend shifts
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table assignments for weekend dining rush
- Train and mentor weekend staff on service standards and emergency protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and conflicts with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Monitor inventory and supply levels for weekend service needs
- Prepare daily shift reports and weekend performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Proficiency in reservation management systems (OpenTable preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of New Orleans tourism and cultural attractions
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
