Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at outdoor festivals and corporate events
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols during high-traffic periods
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including stages and vendor booths
- Assist with vendor coordination and attendee inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship required (Oakland Bay Events is an approved sponsor)
- Previous experience in customer service or event operations preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during peak season
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
