Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during assigned weekend shifts.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for software and hardware issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues and improve service processes.
- Ensure 100% adherence to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in weekend training sessions and team huddles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (remote experience is a plus).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
