Responsibilities
- Manage daily interactions with clients via phone, email, and chat to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure they understand our platform and maximize their usage.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive product adoption and retention.
- Log and track all client interactions and feedback into our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
- Assist in the development of customer-facing documentation and FAQs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās or Bachelorās degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or support roles is a plus but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
