Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records using our proprietary CRM system
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through product recommendations
- Support inventory management and store operations during weekend shifts
- Participate in weekend team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Valid Florida driver's license (if applicable for location duties)
