Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-contact environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent
