- Process weekend orders and transactions with 99% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer issues using company protocols
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve service targets
- Update customer records and maintain data integrity
- Support weekend inventory management and stock checks
- Report technical issues to IT support team
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
