Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments with precision.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking inventory and arranging merchandise displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash balancing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; training provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer bases.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Friday through Sunday.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation is required.
