Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Ensure the warehouse and service area are organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure a seamless transition during shift changes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues escalated to the weekend support team.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
