Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently run assigned machinery and production lines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks to ensure all products meet quality specifications.
- Inventory Control: Assist in counting, sorting, and organizing materials and finished goods.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Problem Solving: Identify and report minor equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Must have a history of punctuality and dependability.
