Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create inviting displays and maintain store aesthetics
- Inventory management including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise in stockroom
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional campaigns to drive revenue
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday & Sunday shifts, 8am-6pm)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers
- Basic math aptitude and comfort with point-of-sale technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
