Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance via digital channels during weekend shifts
- Monitor and resolve system issues using remote diagnostic tools and documentation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of remote customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST)
