Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate documentation and logs for all quality assurance activities.
- Identify and report defects or deviations to the quality assurance manager.
- Operate testing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Train junior staff on quality standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency with basic computer software (Excel, etc.)
