Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections on all incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Document defects, non-conformities, and corrective actions using the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve quality issues in real-time and prevent recurrence.
- Perform routine calibration and testing of measurement equipment to maintain accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace during the night shift operations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management review.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle defects.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid forklift or warehouse equipment operation certification is a plus.
