Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products during night operations.
- Utilize quality control software, handheld scanners, and measuring instruments to log data accurately.
- Identify, document, and report defects or anomalies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform random sampling and statistical process control analysis to maintain product consistency.
- Update and maintain accurate quality records and reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, logistics, or manufacturing is a strong plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
