Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive regression test suites specifically designed for weekend maintenance windows.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to resolve weekend-identified issues before the system goes live.
- Monitor system stability and performance during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and user experience gaps.
- Maintain and update existing automated test scripts for weekend scenarios.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
