Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Lead code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and implement strategies to optimize system performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practice guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a direct hire capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, or Node.js for front-end development.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment.
