Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and registration with exceptional bedside manner

- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict patient confidentiality

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years healthcare or customer service experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/EMR certification a plus)
