Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, and medical record management
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Assist providers with clinical documentation and EHR management
- Provide exceptional patient communication and support
- Manage weekend clinic operations and inventory
- Collaborate with on-call providers for urgent patient needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years medical office or healthcare coordination experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Virginia healthcare license in good standing
