Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and lead by example.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, brand standards, and operational procedures.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues with professionalism.
- Conduct end-of-shift closing procedures, including inventory counts and cash reconciliation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy team environment.
- Assist in training and onboarding new weekend staff members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proficient in basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
