Responsibilities
- Manage incoming service tickets and inquiries with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform inventory audits and stock organization during weekend shifts.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of weekend events and operations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in adherence to safety protocols.
- Utilize CRM software to update client and customer records.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
