- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, process incoming orders, and conduct cycle counts.
- Data Entry: Accurately maintain digital records and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with weekday staff to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
