Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operational activities during weekend shifts (Friday through Monday).
- Coordinate logistics and inventory flow to ensure timely processing and accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality assurance protocols, and company policies.
- Resolve complex operational discrepancies and handle escalated customer inquiries.
- Prepare and present comprehensive weekly operational reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Fri-Mon or Sat-Tue) consistently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
