Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring production targets and logistics schedules are met efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to drive growth and cost reduction.
- Manage supply chain relationships and inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, HR, Finance) to align operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or logistics leadership.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record of budget management and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.
