Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical technical systems during weekend shifts.
- Provide immediate technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders.
- Perform data validation, entry, and system audits to ensure accuracy.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the centralized knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless transitions.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and safety regulations.
- Assist in the deployment of weekend maintenance updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or operations role.
- Must have reliable transportation (as shift hours may vary).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
