Responsibilities
- Perform vital sign measurements and prepare patients for examinations
- Assist providers with clinical procedures and diagnostic tests
- Manage electronic health records with precision and confidentiality
- Administer medications and injections as per provider protocols
- Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment confirmations
- Maintain sterile exam rooms and inventory of medical supplies
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Weekend availability essential (Saturday/Sunday)
