Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient assessments and treatment in fast-paced urgent care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
- Triage cases efficiently during high-volume periods
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license required
- Minimum 2 years urgent care or emergency nursing experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
