Apex Tech Solutions is a leading provider of enterprise IT infrastructure in the New York metropolitan area. We are currently looking for an experienced Weekend Shift IT Support Technician to ensure our systems run smoothly while our primary teams enjoy their weekends.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server health and perform routine maintenance during off-peak hours.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets within SLA guidelines.
- Deploy and configure workstations and peripherals for new employees.
- Collaborate with the on-call support team for complex escalations.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or related field (CompTIA A+ preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues without supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
