Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management during off-hours.
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for the team.
- Collaborate with the week-day support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Assist in the deployment of new equipment and software installations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively during weekend shifts.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on problem resolution.
