Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front-of-house operations including guest check-ins, reservations management, and concierge services
- Lead and mentor weekend staff during peak periods, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for facility readiness
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with weekend stock management
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols during weekend shifts
- Prepare daily operational reports and feedback for management team
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of Brighton tourism attractions and local services
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work in the UK
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Basic proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexible availability including weekends and bank holidays
