Responsibilities

- Manage weekend check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism

- Maintain pristine facility standards during weekend operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or luxury service experience
- Weekend availability essential (Saturday/Sunday 7am-11pm shifts)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Valid New York State Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Knowledge of NYC attractions and local area a plus
- Fluent in English; multilingual skills highly valued
