Responsibilities
- Data Ingestion & Processing: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality input for reporting.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using SQL and BI tools to support weekend operational metrics.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data patterns to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive weekend performance and strategy.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for data models, processes, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a weekend or shift-based environment.
- Tools: Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
