Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the senior engineering team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
