Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Assist clients with technical troubleshooting and account management issues.

- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical operations is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
