Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve technical issues and process orders accurately using our CRM platform
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes for quality assurance
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure consistent service delivery
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Participate in weekend-specific training and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Meet weekly performance metrics for response time and resolution rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and technical aptitude
- Valid Washington State driver's license (occasional offsite events)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm)
