Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) to track customer interactions and update account status.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our software platforms.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex bugs and provide feedback.
- Ensure all customer interactions meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling high-volume support tickets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- 1+ year of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proven ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
