Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors at our Wichita location.
- Assist in the daily operations and logistics of the warehouse and retail floor.
- Process transactions and handle inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure daily targets and goals are met.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform light inventory management and stocking duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude are essential.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
