Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refund requests accurately and efficiently.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to complete transactions with high precision.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex customer issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, on a rotational schedule.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
