- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service delivery.

Qualifications
