Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to address complex escalations.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
- Identify customer needs and suggest relevant solutions or upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic attitude.
