Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage guest check-ins/out and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend activities
- Uphold brand standards and maintain pristine facility appearance
- Participate in weekend inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Weekend availability essential (Fri/Sat/Sun shifts)
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic cash handling
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
