Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure all team members are properly trained on equipment usage.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
- Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate the provisioning of tools and safety gear.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
