Responsibilities
- Perform daily quality control inspections on incoming inventory and finished goods to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of seasonal warehouse operations for the 2026 peak season.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in stock levels promptly.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or quality assurance is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced seasonal environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite) and experience with inventory management software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions as required by the role.
