Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock, organizing warehouse space, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Packaging & Shipping: Inspect products for quality, package items securely, and prepare them for shipping or delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Language: Basic English communication skills are necessary for safety instructions and teamwork.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and willing to work rotating shifts if required.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills are essential.
