Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal storage conditions.
- Freight Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Quality Control: Verify product quality and packaging integrity before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Louisville, KY (Relocation assistance available).
- License: Valid driver's license preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
