Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily operations during the night shift to ensure seamless workflow.
- Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries, providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct routine security checks and facility inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to report issues and hand over critical information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with company policies.
- Handle incoming calls and emails during peak hours efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
