Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining accuracy standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and participate in ongoing training sessions
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments with proper documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
