Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform cycle counts in real-time
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report defects immediately
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to achieve daily/weekly productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Support inbound receiving, labeling, and putaway processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for daily pay app
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-paid)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
